What the Generosity Banquet Is About

The Generosity Banquet will be an opportunity to participate in the Biblical grace of generous giving!

2 Corinthians 8:7  "Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also."

Who Is Invited to the Generosity Banquet

Every believer and their families who are purposing to give generously from a grateful heart. There are no tickets to the event or charges for the meal. We who are attending are committing together to contribute. No gift is too small when given from a grateful heart!

What to Expect at the Event

• An Elegant but Accessible Atmosphere 

 This event will take place during a church service time, so we will most likely all be in our Sunday best. But, at the same time, we're all family and want to make sure everyone in every age group feels at home.

• Meal and Fellowship

A delicious dinner meal for the whole family. No reserved seating.

• Vision and Purpose of Hope Continued & Generosity Banquet

A time to learn more about the Hope Continued initiative and how God is using it to benefit our church.

• Testimonies of God's Grace and Goodness

Hear from other believers how God has taught them about the grace of Biblical giving, and how He has blessed their participation in it.

• Cash & Commitments Offering

We will give what we have laid in store, and commit any future giving we are purposing to contribute.

What the Offering Will Be Directed Toward

The gifts and commitments will all be directed toward our Raise the Roof project.

• Current cost estimate: $360,000.00

Our gifts and commitments will be added to what has already been collected for this need.

What Childcare Will Be Provided

• No childcare during the meal time

We want the whole family to enjoy the meal together!

• Following the meal, children dismissed to a children's program for the preaching

Nursery care will be provided for 0-2-year-olds. A brief program for 3-5-year-olds

• Children return to the banquet for the offering time

We want every child to participate in and/or witness the generosity of God's people!
